We want your Shaae experience to feel as good as the products themselves.
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Free shipping is available on all orders $50 and over. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $50. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Shaae LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@shaaetallow.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right — whether that's a refund or a replacement, we've got you.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in production. Please email support@shaaetallow.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
